How do I create a custom Bible?
To learn how to create your custom Bible, visit the Tutorial. From there, you will learn how to create your Bible using a template, or from scratch.
How do I set up an account?
Click on Register and fill in your email, password and zip code.
I’ve forgotten my password.
Click on the “Forgot your password?” link and enter your email address. An email will be sent to reset your password.
I need to update my account.
To update your account, please log-in and click “My Account”. Here you will be able to update your name, email, address and apply for Tax Exempt Status.
How is my order going to ship?
We have 4 different shipping options – Economy, Standard, Expedited, Rush. You will be able to select the option that best meets your needs as we provide delivery windows for each.
Can I place an order on this site or ship from outside of the continental United States?
We accept and ship orders to all 50 US States, APO Boxes, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We do not accept or ship orders internationally.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once you’ve submitted your order for processing we are unable to cancel the order.
Can I return my Custom Bible?
If you made a mistake or changed your mind and wish to receive a refund, you must return the merchandise. A 50% return fee will apply (shipping charges are not refunded). Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for credit.
My Bible came to me damaged/defective.
If your order is damaged during shipping or flawed because of mistake on our part, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Shipping charges will be refunded if a return is made due to our error.
