How do I set up an account?
Click on Register and fill in your email, password and zip code.
I’ve forgotten my password.
Click on the “Forgot your password?” link and enter your email address. An email will be sent to reset your password.
I need to update my account.
To update your account, please log-in and click “My Account”. Here you will be able to update your name, email, address and apply for Tax Exempt Status.
How is my order going to ship?
We have 4 different shipping options – Economy, Standard, Expedited, Rush. You will be able to select the option that best meets your needs as we provide delivery windows for each.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once you’ve submitted your order for processing we are unable to cancel the order.
Can I return my Custom Bible?
If you made a mistake or changed your mind and wish to receive a refund, you must return the merchandise. A 50% return fee will apply (shipping charges are not refunded). Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for credit.
My Bible came to me damaged/defective.
If your order is damaged during shipping or flawed because of mistake on our part, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Shipping charges will be refunded if a return is made due to our error.
As you use browsers, they each want to help by saving information behind the scenes. Sadly, in trying to help in can cause an occasional issue with websites. If you experience any website issues, we recommend deleting browser history/clearing your cache.
